-Broad experience before state and federal courts, including Mississippi Circuit, Justice and Chancery Courts, Mississippi Court of Appeals and Mississippi Supreme Court, the United States District Courts, the United States Courts of Appeals as well as agencies and regulatory commissions including the Mississippi Public Service Commission (MPSC), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Mississippi Personnel Board (MSPB).
- Serves as Madison County, Mississippi Justice Court Judge.
-34 years of general civil, criminal, and regulatory law practice and litigation.
-Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitrator.
-Served as General Counsel for the Mississippi Public Commission which regulates the provision of electricity, telecommunications, natural gas, water, and sewer services to the public for compensation.
